Shipping Agreement

Shipping Agreement We wish all of our puppies could be picked up in person by you. You flying out here and flying back with your new baby in tow is the ideal situation. Unfortunately, I understand that can't happen in all cases. You should check out the option of flying out and picking up your new baby in person. Sometimes flying out and bringing baby with you is only a few dollars more and you get the added benefit of starting to bond with your baby right away. If, however, you are unable to pick up your new best friend in person we will ship your puppy with an Airline, but only if conditions permit us to do so. When it is very hot in the summer shipping is restricted many days. When it is freezing cold sometimes I cannot get to the airport. You need to be very flexible in shipping dates and times. I’m shipping from a very small airport and they have a limited amount of flights each day. Shipping will be done at the risk of the buyer (That is you by the way Not all puppies are good candidates for shipping due to their age and size. Therefore shipping a puppy will only be done when and if I feel the puppy will not be jeopardized in any way. Please e-mail for more information on a particular puppy. $375.00 is the shipping fee right now. This shipping price covers: -Airfare -Crate -Health certificate and Delivery to the airport (The airport is 4 hours away each way with good driving conditions) You, the buyer, will be responsible to make arrangements to pick up your new puppy at the airport when it arrives. You will be responsible for any “kennel services” incurred because of any airline delays and/ or-but not limited to you not picking up your new puppy on time at the airport. This will also include any overnight kenneling due to any layovers at connecting flights. We do make sure prior to sending the puppy out that there are no expected delays or lay-overs. Once the puppy is sent, it is out of the sellers control and will be you the buyers responsibility to pay if any additional shipping costs. Including tax on imports. Lay overs, Vet calls while at the airport etc. Here is the most important thing to know when the dog gets to you… CALL ME. I HAVE BEEN TRACKING THE FLIGHT, I WANT TO KNOW WHEN THE NEW BABY IS IN YOUR ARMS. THAT IS COMMON COURTESY.
