Delivery Instructions

Your new little family member is getting excited to come home and be with you.

I look forward to meeting you and want to thank you once more for allowing me the privilege of providing your new family member.

Just as a reminder, Call me on my cell (541) 660 3447 on your day of delivery.

Keeping track of me will help you can better gage your own time line as to when you need to leave where you are to be where we agree to meet.

When I am driving down or up with your (and other peoples) puppies, (live animals) I need for you to understand that delivering puppies is really an imperfect science. When I think the puppies are getting stressed I will stop. When I think they need a potty break I stop. Puking sounds I stop for as well. The health and well being of these puppies comes way before what time it is. On this trip I don't think about you and/or what you have going on.

At this point I still own at least 1/2 the dog and my 1/2 gets to rest if it seems stressed in any way. I am never in a hurry because I know you want me to take excellent care of your new family member. So, be flexible in your time frame on your delivery date and remember that Grouchy people don't get dogs. ** Call as often as you want to help you figure out when you have to leave to meet me.

*LAST MINUTE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE DELIVERY*

I do charge a delivery fee depending on how far away it is and how long it will take me to get there. This fee ranges from around $100.00-$175.00. Gas as you know is not free. I have had to raise the amounts I charge to deliver your little ones. The areas I deliver to are: Redding/Sacramento Eureka/Crescent City/Brookings/ Eugene/Salem as well as the Portland area. Depending on how many dogs I'm delivering to your area is what affects the amount I will need to charge you for a delivery fee. If you don't want to pay me to deliver your baby I'm also thrilled to death to have you come and pick it up from me at an agreed upon date. I'm easy and totally willing to work with you on date and time.

My cell phone number is 541 660 3447 (The one you already should have as I carry it with me 24/7.)

WHAT THE PUPPIES NEED MOST FROM YOU UPON TAKING THEM TO THEIR NEW HOME:

All of our puppies eat Eukanuba Petite bites for Puppies mixed half and half with Royal Canine Baby. We ask you to please keep with these 2 dry kibbles as we feel it is the best mix for your puppies health and growth. Buy the smallest bags you can find of each and mix them 50-50. Since your new family member is a little one, they won't eat very much. So when they do eat we need to make sure it is the best source of protein for the little ones. Your puppies first year is the most important year as far as growth and mixing their food is just making sure your little one has the best start. With the smaller/younger dogs we might also be feeding them mush 2 times daily. (*Mush is just the Eukanuba/Royal Canin mix with a spoonful of Pedigree traditional ground foil pkts food,  mixed with hot water and put aside until the kibbles have absorbed the water.)

Your dog especially enjoys this and will give you the old sad eye if you don't spoil them like we do. Not all the puppies get mush. The kibble really is your best choice for nutrition. Your puppy also needs fresh (Room temperature) water at least twice a day. ***If your puppy refuses to eat the food we recommend, give them whatever they will eat... For example, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, Vienna Sausages, beef, and best of all they love Gerber baby food meats. (Yes the kind people feed to their babies-Skip the ham as it is way too salty for your puppy) Basically, feed the puppy whatever you can get them to eat until they are not stressed and are eating their kibble regularly. Call me if anything is going on with their diets and or if their Pooh changes. Puppies need to have food available to them 24/7. Everything for your new one needs to be warm. . Boiled chicken is always a favorite for your puppy and I think it is OK to give them a little ground beef
